Weak magnent
The fee is solid and once you get the ring to swivel out, it moves freely and stays in place when using it to prop the phone. Unfortunately I will be returning this item. The magnet is not strong at all will fall off easily or you left holding grip with your phone on the ground.

Meh.
Hard to make the ring go up sometimes. So hard that itll pull off the whole magsafe itself. The magsafe itself tends to come off now on its own too. Pulled my phone out of my pocket only to realize it wasnt on my phone anymore but luckily still in my pocket. The plastic popsocket seemed more reliable compared to this tbh.

If your OtterBox case isn’t MagSafe, the ring won’t be able to connect securely. With a MagSafe case, it should snap right into place and hold firmly. I love the functionality of these MagSafe rings, however, over time the ring becomes loose and no longer holds my phone up. The screw that holds the ring to the grip gets loose as time goes on and there is no way to screw it back in because of its location. This is a design flaw that needs to be fixed to make it worthwhile. Both my daughter and I have used their warranty service to get them replaced but it’s only a matter of time before the same thing happens to the new one. They are strong grips but the ring itself is not worthwhile.

I was so looking forward to having this item. I thought it will be great to have this as a attached detach at will item. Sometimes it falls off without me, wanting it to. The inner circular ring is very hard to pull out that I have to disengage the entire circle to pull out the inner circle ring. Sometimes the entire ring falls off from the magnetic force. I have had dollar tree type rings attached with sticky substance that thing never came off. For the price of this item over $25 I would not recommend it.

Strong Grip Ring rotates 360!
Velvet Caviar makes a great product. Their Grip ring is strong and really holds up to how hard I am on it. I especially love this grip ring because the center rotates 360 and I never have to take it off and reposition like their other version. So they just keep getting better. The designs and style are beautiful. I love their cases as well as they are not just fun and cute but really protect my phone.

I love the color and quality and the ease of using the grip/stand. What I don’t love is that I have to make sure I hold onto the bottom of the phone or it could slide off. I also don’t love that unless I have long nails, I can’t pull the grip/stand up without removing the whole thing and pushing it up. Could be worse I suppose!

Loose ring and allergic to the metal
Eh. There are some pros and cons, but mostly cons. The strength of the hinge connecting the ring isn't stronger than the weight of my phone, so the ring keeps opening up as I'm trying to hold my phone. I have to hold it down with a second finger to stop it from slipping open. Oh, and I'm allergic to whatever metal the ring is made of. I keep breaking out in a rash right where the ring rests against my finger when attempting to hold my phone. The magnet is strong, and the ring works well as a stand, but definitely not worth the headache
