Laminated. Somewhat sturdy. Not as attractive in person as it appears online. I’m glad I paid a discounted amount, even at that, had I not bought it online, I would have never picked it up to purchase in store. You can get one in a grocery for $.99 or less. I suggest pass on this. I would not recommend.

The navy blue floral design is attractive, the handles are a good length and the overall size of the bag is convenient. I was disappointed in the very stiff plastic component that the bag is made from. It’s crinkly, unwieldy when trying to fold compactly, and just looks like a cheap shiny plastic bag that I could buy at a grocery store for ninety nine cents.
