Pros: makes a great cup of coffee. Stays hot without changing the flavor. Has a switch to start and stop, don’t have to plug and unplug. Lifts off the base for easy pour. Easy to clean. Good price. Cons: Doesn’t feel solid, rattles. Strong electrical smell after using 5x. The #1 complaint is the large obnoxious logo under the company name, along with customer support info. This makes it look cheap, like I won it at a gift auction. This definitely takes away from the product image.
