when I received the box. I noticed that it had a hole on the side. Once I opened the box the bag was fine but the trolly itself looks really used and banged up. unfortunately I have to return this item. And I say unfortunately because it was for a gift and it looks nice.

Worst grocery cart

Horrible quality. The bag does not have enough Velcro fasteners. I used it once and had 4 grocery bags in it, including eggs, below the weight limit. The entire bag fell off and down the stairs it went. After that, I knew I would return it, and it will not fold up. This is useless and not worth the price.
