Exactly what I need!
I brought home an old quick-close jar that had been my grandmother’s. I use it to keep coffee in the fridge. The lid seemed to seal okay glass-on-glass, but I knew it would be better with a rubber seal. Of course, this type of jar is non-standard so it’s hard to find what you need. I think I looked for seals for “lightning jars”, and had taken measurements. Lehman’s again came through with the exact item I needed. It fits perfectly and seals the jar better than glass on glass. I think the jar will last even longer now (it’s probably 80-90 years old). I don’t use it for canning, but it’s great for storage.

Nostalgia Purchase
I bought these to dress up and complete my antique display jars with glass lids and wire bails. They did the job perfectly, and shouldn't get hard and brittle for many years; just like the old originals. Thanks, Lehman's! And, Merry Christmas!!
