We've order this tree previously and they are now completely different. The quality is unacceptable. The sticks and pinecones fall off. When contacting customer service only reps once was "you will have a 15% restock fee". The tree base is no longer wood. It faux wrapped in a plastic. Very unhappy with my purchases.

I thought the quality was poor. Looked very old. Some of the needles shed. If I would have seen the quality of the tree I was buying I never would have purchased it. Usually Vickerman has better quality trees than this.

Do not waste your money on this. Terrible, cheap quality. The top part doesn’t even go in the tree! Obviously the photo is “un-fluffed” BUT it shows that the top part won’t even go into the middle part.
