A: Currently, the FDA has not issued a final rule on gluten content in drug products. However, the product has been tested and falls below the <20 ppm gluten guidelines. We do not use gluten sources in any of the products made on the line to manufacture this product. In addition, we clean the manufacturing lines to meet FDA standards for drug products to minimize the risk of cross-contamination from other products made on the line.

Q: Package says don’t use more than two days. Is that considering if you take them every 4 hours? Or at all? I spread it out to once a day at night for sleep relief.

THEY WORK. PERIOD!!
I don’t know about you, but when my throat hurts I want something to ease the pain.. I don’t care WHAT it tastes like as long as it helps. I absolutely LOVE these drops. They work!!! I don’t think the taste is intolerable and I’ve never had to spit one out. These used to be stronger and Vicks toned them down for the complainers. They should’ve kept them the same strength for those of us who want relief fast. If you don’t want something that works, might I suggest a “natural” lozenge that has yummy organic fruit juice in it and see how well that helps! Me?… I’m sticking with what works and gives me some relief. Please don’t ever stop making these sore throat drops!!!!

Don't buy them!
The menthol taste was wayyyy too strong, it felt like my eyes were burning. Like eating straight vapo rub. I could only tolerate the sensation/taste for 30 seconds before spitting them out. Waste of money and didn’t help my dry, sore throat!

Inedible
Literally tastes like solid vaporub. I couldn’t tolerate one for more than a few seconds when I was sick & could not taste or smell. It burned my throat, which was already sore, & was just not at all palatable. Even without being able to taste the flavor! I tried one again after recovering & could oddly tolerate it better, probably because I could now taste a flavor in addition to menthol, but it’s still what I would call inedible. These might work for someone, but I will never purchase or take again.

Soothes a sore throat
If you have a sore throat these are the cough drops to get. If you don’t have a sore throat use a Ricola because these are not the best tasting and actually taste worse if you’re just needing a cough drop for a cough/post nasal drip. But if you have a sore throat and need something to lessen the pain these actually work! Oh my god these have saved me twice in the past year. Would highly recommend for a sore throat. Obviously see your doctor if your sore throat continues😉.

Induce coughing
These are HORRIBLE and actually induced coughing instead of relieving it. The overpowering menthol sent me into an uncontrollable coughing fit. Waste of money.
