Whether you're using these cough suppressant drops for sore throat relief, cough relief or as an oral anesthetic, dissolve one drop in your mouth slowly, and repeat every two hours as needed. HALLS Relief throat lozenges are formulated for adults and children five years and older. The resealable bag makes it easy to keep these cough drops on hand. Cough drops easily slip into pockets, bags or desk drawers for convenient access when symptoms strike.

I like menthol drops because most times they are sugar free and taste like they are working for my sore throat and/or colds. This particular drop flavor is called Mountain Menthol, which cuts down a bit on the menthol and has a more minty flavor. There is another Halls bag that has three different flavors, including Mountain Menthol, but they are very hard to find.

I like that these are sugar free, have a very strong mint / menthol taste and cooling sensation and actually have less menthol than other Halls drops. They are sugar free but taste much better and more natural than similar sugar free drops from other brands. We go through a lot of drops and this is a great value.

I hate licorice and this is what it tasted like for me. However this product is very effective and soothing. I suffer nasal congestion and night coughs and this cleared my passage ways and silenced my coughs. My only complaint is the flavor .
