Love this while the bottle worked.
I love this conditioner and the amazing health it has brought back to my hair. I am so disappointed to say the bottle stopped working. I cannot get the conditioner out or figure out how to open to use. This is very frustrating. I probably will not buy this size again.

Perfect Fit
I originally purchased the Smooth products based on the hair survey. Becasue I much prefer using pump bottles in the shower, I bought the prof. size of both shampoo & conditioner. I used the products about 10 times and realized they just were not the right formula for me. After contacting customer service, I was allowed to exchange for Recovery (which I had experienced with a free sample). These are the right formulas for me. They leave my hair soft, shiny and smelling great. Thanks for the great customer service and braod product line, Virtue!
