Tampered Card
Card has been tampered, kids received these cards from their aunt, who bought them from Target. Cover looks brand new, upon opening we noticed it was missing 4 digits and security code was lasered or etched off. It also didn’t work in person since the thieves scratched the magnetic strip as well. Had to call customer service on the card and get a case #.

Beware the extra fee!
Did not realize until after I got home from the store that there’s a $5 “Purchase Fee” automatically applied when you buy it, and it’s non-returnable. Won’t ever buy one of these cards again.
