I always expect some tingling, but this was like pouring straight alcohol or something in my eye with one drop. . Someone else in my household felt the same. . Will not use this product again

I bought this product but it contains Benzalkonium Chloride. Online are articles that say to stay away from that. I used the drops about 3 times, but stopped. Just concerned about the safety.

Burns at first and does not reduce redness. I wear contacts but I’m sure this would irritate my eyes even if I didn’t.

I bought this product after my daughter got sand in her eye at the beach. Her eye was extremely red and irritated. She said she felt instant relief when she used these eye drops. The redness went away almost immediately.

I recently purchased these eye drops from Harris Teeter, hoping to find relief for my dry eyes. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon using them, instead of relief, my eyes immediately began to burn. I've since seen other reviews mentioning a similar burning sensation, which makes me wonder if this is a common issue with this particular brand or type of eye drop. I've never had an adverse reaction to eye drops before, which leads me to believe there's something genuinely wrong with this particular bottle. It's incredibly frustrating to buy a product for a specific purpose only to have it cause discomfort. To make matters worse, I don't have the receipt, so I'm unable to return them to the store. This has been a very disappointing purchase, and I would caution others to be wary.

This drops are great and very quick to relief redness and burning. Definitely life savers. Worth every penny! Packaging is good and dropper is easy to use.

Visited total comfort is absolutely amazing I have used visited for years now but this new product seems to work better and for longer weather it's itchy water or red irritated eyes I'm going for visine total comfort every time

Trash! Makes eyes itchy and red. I've been using this for 2 weeks hoping my eyes would adjust and maybe they would stay working. They make my eyes more red and it lasts all day. I got this product because the allergy eye drops are mo where to be found. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone.

I use them when my eyes are dry and irritated. It provides comfort and hydration. It helps get rid of redness and soothes my irritation. I gently squirt a drop or two into each eye for total relief. The cap locks in place to keep it from spilling.

Visited is one of the few brands I use for eye drops. I really like the multi symptom eye drops because they are really effective. These usually help after I have been staring at a computer all day.

Made my eyes feel so much worse.. my itchy eyes now feel like they are on fire.. immediately after dropping a drop in each eye, my eyes started burning like I had poured acid in them. This product should be pulled from the shelves immediately and recalled. Do not use these drops

These drops are very effective at soothing red and irritated eyes. I keep them in the fridge for extra soothing relief. They work very fast without further irritating your eyes.

I've used Visine eye drop for years for dry itchy eyes. I thought I would try the Muti symptom relief Red eye drops to see if they would give me the same relief . I was completely wrong! When the drops hit my eye I thought, what have I done. My eyes burned so bad I couldn't open my eye. Forget about the other eye. There was no way I using these drops again. My eyes continued to burn and tear up even after washing it out for 30 minutes. Think twice folks before you put this one for your eyes.

I continue to buy various eye drops . Lumify is the best for redness. This Visine Stings/ does not do a thing for redness! Save your $$$

If I could give zero stars I would have. Mine and my coworker's eyes felt like they were on fire. It was an awful experience, and these should be pulled from the shelves. The original symptoms were a walk in the park compared to the feeling of these drops.

It made my eye feel like I had scratched it with sandpaper and then poured rubbing alcohol in it.

Felt like my eye was on fire! Bought this product in preparing for allergy season about 2 weeja ago. My eyes were really itchy and dry so I grabbed this, used it in one eye and I immediately felt burning and had to flush my eye out! Not just any burning, but the worst burning sensation I have ever felt — and I have a high pain tolerance. Never again will I purchase a Visine product after this.

Agree with the reviews that the itching is intense - it lasts about 5 minutes but they do work very well once the itching subsides. Leaving 4 stars because this is a bad side effect of a product that should give instant relief not more discomfort even if for 5 min. There aren’t even any warnings about the itching!

Effective eyes drops if you have redness and tired eyes. Packaging lasts for a long time, it’s definitely costs its money. Great for sensitive eyes. Works really fast.
