Impressed for price point
I had my deviated septum fixed and had to get a simple squeeze bottle saline nose spray. Doctor recommended Ocean brand or something similar so I got this Up & Up saline nasal spray. I was hesitant because many people mentioned having a burning sensation. I used it about 20+ times a day for a week and 4 times for a week now and have not had any burning sensation. One awkward part was getting used to using it properly. You have to squeeze it pretty fast for it to spray upright correctly otherwise it sprays air and just a slight mist. Then tilting it to get more of a stream than a mist. Once it got under half a bottle I've had to angle it and use it as more of a stream than a mist because it does not seem to mist out as well once it gets below a half. That is enough of an inconvenience to take off one star because I find it awkward to use as a stream. Overall, I have been quite impressed seeing as this bottle cost me just over two bucks versus others at five plus bucks each. It has also lasted two weeks so far with very heavy use. I will definitely keep one of these on hand.

I don’t know if the company making this got the measurements wrong or what but this is terrible! I’ve used saline for decades both at work and at home and this one burns and tastes and smells strongly or chemicals. Do not recommend.

Can Burn You !!
Burnt my tonsil, sprayed it before I went to sleep and felt a drip go down my throat, didn’t think much of it and woke up with pain on my tonsil and it was visibly inflamed/red.

Wow that was horrible! I have used a few brands of saline rinse and do feel a need to check the reviews but holy cow I wish I had. This is nasty not gentle saline but disgusting chemical burn feeling spray of misery.

Seal was missing
I recently purchased these on my HSA and the safety seal was missing from the package so I don’t know if it’s used or what that I actually had to end up getting rid of it. The package did not have the red sealed for your safety thing on it what is really sketchy? I know not to trust. Pick up orders again for health items could be contaminated open. Safety aren’t really in their mind I guess even the bottle seems like it’s mostly empty or it was open to the store as it barely has a new liquid that I decide to get one from CVS that I could confirm that I had the seal on it for purseas this cannot be trusted the photo shown the exact condition that it was received no seal clearly

Terrible, imagine shooting chlorine up your nose. I think up & up wants to take us out with this product because shooting bleach up your nose might just be better…Arm & hammer is much better and worth every penny.

After loving the arm&hammer saline spray, I decided to try this as a lower cost option, but the spray is so weak it essentially does nothing. Arm&hammer spray gave me instant dry nose relief, so I will repurchase that anyway. It may cost a bit more but the relief is so worth it.

Feeling the BURN
I should have checked the ingredients for this saline spray before purchasing. The Benzalkonium Chloride in this is just burning like crazy in the back of my throat - as any surfactant probably would. Ever accidentally get soapy water in your sinuses or eye as a kid and feel the sting? That but make it on purpose. I had to follow up with a full saline rinse, benzocaine and a prolonged sit down to regroup and process my most recent life choices. Couldn’t pay me to try this again.
