Purpose
Nasal decongestantUses
Uses: For temporary relief of nasal congestion due to colds, hay fever or other upper respiratory allergies, or associated with sinusitis. Helps soothe & moisturize nasal passages. Thins & loosens mucous secretions.Directions
Directions: Shake well before using. The metered pump sprayer provides a precise amount of soothing spray in a fine mist. Clear the nasal passage- way by gently blowing your nose before using. Prior to initial use, remove cap, prime the pump by holding it upright and pumping one or more times until the solution is dispensed. Insert nozzle into nostril and depress pump completely while breathing in through nose. Clean nozzle after use. Ages 6 years to adult (with adult supervision)- spray 1-2 times in each nostril not more often than every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in any 24-hour period.Inactive ingredients

Works great, but use as directed and not more than 3 days. I was using this for a week and didn’t realize it was only supposed to be for 3 days. I noticed right about the 10 hour mark my nose would get stuffy, so much so that I couldn’t breathe through my nose. What was actually happening was that the nose spray created dependency and my congestion was actually getting worse. As soon as I would use the spray I would feel great but the cycle continued until I realized that the nose spray was causing the problem.

It works BUT BEWARE! It claims to be “natural” but it has an ingredient that Afrin does as well. It can be addicting. I started using it for mild congestion due to allergies and after that I was I congested ALL the time. Why? Because my body had gotten “addicted” to this product.
