A: No, it has no drug or medication in it thus no rebound effects like you'd get from Afrin, etc. It is just a saline nasal spray with the addition of a sugar (xylitol) that germs eat and then die. :-)

Chronic sinusitis sufferer here. I was suffering from an upper respiratory cold and couldn’t breathe out of my nose for days, had tried so many different nasal sprays and decongestant medications. Nothing seemed to work. Found this at target and decided to give it a try. Within 15 minutes I could breathe out of one of my nostrils! With regularly use the effects lasted! Good and bad, mostly good
Mixed feelings about this product. Our family has used it since Covid began, we think it really gives a lot of immune protection. Often when the bottle is about halfway full it starts to leak. Also sometimes it seems to be irritating to nasal passages and sometimes not - maybe it’s the person and if they have irritation already, but it doesn’t always seem that way. So - we continue to use them but we all take breaks sometimes.

First try and it cleared my sinuses!
I was really skeptical at first because I've tried different holistic methods to address my chronic sinus infections that just leave me feeling miserable. I get so desperate that I'm willing to see a voodoo witch doctor to help me. I decided to give this a try because I had read that xylitol actually makes your sinuses passages difficult for bacteria to cling to. My local Target carried it so gave it a try. I've only used it once and the difference before and after is amazing. I can breathe. My sinuses are open and clear. I don't have as much pressure in my ears or behind my cheeks and eyes. I plan to use this constantly. Highly recommend and I do hope that it continues to help.

not BPA free container
Sorry, but I have a sensitive nose for odors. And I know what that type of plastic smells like, long before they started to finally admit it / supposedly stopped using it in food products. But this is a OTC that you use inside your nose/head. As soon as I put it to my nose, I was like - oh no. I thought, maybe it was just the cap. No, then maybe the insert spray nozzle. Some odor. But down at the blue plastic liquid holder - strongest amount of odor. I had to toss it out because I can't say if the BPA will effect the liquid or not. Just like I did not want BPA liners in cans of soup. Same principle. Just my opinion but I can smell natural gas leaks in houses that the gas company confirmed, in 2 different situations.
