Flonase Sensimist Allergy Relief Spray for Children relieves kids' worst allergy symptoms with a gentle mist they will barely feel. Unlike most allergy medicines, Children's Flonase Sensimist relieves your child’s worst symptoms, including runny nose, sneezing, itchy nose, itchy eyes, watery eyes, sinus discomfort and nasal congestion.* This children's allergy relief medicine has a specially designed bottle with a smaller nozzle for kids’ noses and patented Mist-Pro technology to deliver the allergy medicine, fluticasone furoate, in an ultra-fine mist that is scent free and virtually drip free. The non drowsy kids allergy medicine is formulated for more complete allergy relief to keep kids energized and focused throughout the day. Children's Flonase Sensimist 24 hour allergy relief medicine is formulated for daily use in children ages 2 to 11 years. To use: once daily, place the small nozzle tip inside your child's nose and spray gently. Have them breathe out through their mouth, then repeat in the other nostril. *FLONASE SENSIMIST is indicated for itchy, watery eyes in adults and children 12 years of age and older. When using this product

When using this product : the growth rate of some children may be slower,stinging or sneezing may occur for a few seconds right after use,do not share this bottle with anyone else as this may spread germs,remember to tell your doctor about all the medicines you take, including this one.

Stop use and ask a doctor if

Stop use and ask a doctor if : you have, or come into contact with someone who has, chicken pox, measles or tuberculosis,your symptoms do not get better within 7 days of starting use or you get new symptoms such as several facial pain or thick nasal discharge. You may have something more than allergies, such as infection,you get a constant whistling sound from your nose. This may be a sign of damage inside your nose,you get an allergic reaction to this product. Seek medical help right away,you get new changes to your vision that develop after starting this product,you have severe or frequent nosebleeds.

Directions

Read the Quick Start Guide for how to: shake vigorously before each use; prime the bottle; use the spray; sniff gently after each spray; clean the spray nozzle with a clean dry tissue; use this product only once a day; do not use more than directed.

Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older

Week 1 - use 2 sprays in each nostril once daily. Week 2 through 6 months - use 1 or 2 sprays in each nostril once daily, as needed to treat your symptoms. After 6 months of daily use - ask your doctor if you can keep using.

Children 2 to 11 Years of Age

The growth rate of some children may be slower while using this product. Children should use for the shortest amount of time necessary to achieve symptom relief. Talk to your child's doctor if your child needs to use the spray for longer than two months a year. An adult should supervise use. Use 1 spray in each nostril once daily.

Children Under 2 Years of Age

Do not use.

Other information

You may start to feel relief the first day and full effect after several days of regular, once-a-day use. Store between 15 degrees - 30 degrees C (59 degrees - 86 degrees F). Do not refrigerate or freeze. Keep this label and enclosed materials. They contain important additional information.

Q: What if the child can’t sniff the medicine on their own! My son won’t follow the directions as he’s only two. Is it ok to just spray in their nose or will they not get the same outcome?

    Good nose spray

    Best nose spray out there. I am an adult and I use it because it’s cheaper and the same thing as the adult one. Literally helps my nose and ear congestion so much! And it doesn’t burn my nose. Caution- it does make my husband dizzy so look out for that.

    Flonase children's sensimist allergy relief has been a game changer. My son has had such an improvement in his seasonal allergies. One spray in each nostril and good to go. He uses it on his own and we have had no issues at all with it feeling weird or to much at once

    This has been the only thing we've tried for my son's allergies that's actually worked. He was struggling so hard and no combo we tried was giving him much relief, this one did though. The mist is gentle and he doesn't mind it at all. We'll have this on-hand throughout allergy season.

    Way better packaging than in the past.

    Easy to use dispenser . I'm so glad they packaging was revamped and now made kid friendly. Prior to this you had to push both ends of side of the bottle ( while holding the glass bottle while holding your kid . Total chaos. Now it's just a quick squeeze on the side of the canister and kids can do it themselves . The spray comes out as a fine mist and doesn't pool into droplets. Effective part of our allergy taming routine.

    My son has noticed a difference in his allergies and the size of his adenoids after using this a a for weeks. Be sure to read the directions, gently blow the nose beforehand, point toward to sinuses or towards the cheeks/ eyes and not just up into the nose. Then it just goes down the throat and is ineffective. Glad we had a coupon too!
