Astepro(R) Allergy is the first and only 24 hour, steroid-free nasal spray for allergy relief. While other allergy sprays may take hours to start working on the first day, Astepro, full-prescription strength allergy medicine, starts working in 30 minutes . This steroid-free allergy spray provides long-lasting allergy relief of indoor and outdoor nasal allergy symptoms; nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and itchy nose for up to 24 hours. Astepro allergy has flexible dosing, so it can be used once or twice daily for allergy relief. One spray contains 205.5 mcg of azelastine HCl.

Works fast

Amazing

Easy to use

The product is very easy to use in the bottle in the packaging make it easy to dispense the medication. The medication is highly efficient and works rapidly. You can really feel it clearing up your nasal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the crazy weather we've been having lately, my allergies have been going haywire so I decided to give this a shot. It definitely seemed to help almost immediately with no funny smell or taste thati personally noticed. After about an hour I did feel a little tired and felt a bit of a headache coming on but nothing bad enough to take pain medicine for and I wasn't falling asleep so I definitely feel its worth the trade off for not sneezing and blowing my nose constantly. I would definitely recommend fellow allergy sufferers givingthis a try.

If you can get past the taste, it’s decent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this spray a few times and while it does seem to work decent, I don’t know if there is any trade off to the extreme bitter taste you get from this spray. I couldn’t stand it after a while and had to stop using it because it was relentless and seemed never ending. I tried different ways to spray in my nose but almost every time I did, I could still taste it.

Rare side effect
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product last week and went into a sneezing fit. I thought I immediately had an allergic reaction. I looked up the side effects and it says sneezing is rare. It’s not lost on me that a side effect is something this product also claims to alleviate. After about 10-12 minutes the sneezing subsided and started to work.

The one possible oddity was the after taste that lasted a little bit in my throat. Not horrible but not tasty. Other than that it’s a good spray.

If you have allergies - Buy it!

It doesn’t leave a horrible after fast down your throat. And does not burn my nasal and clears my nasal congestion away almost immediately. I will definitely get more.

Full prescription strength without needing the pre
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Astepro Nasal Spray works wonders on your nose when the stuffiness hits. I love that it is steroid free and prescription strength, but I don’t have to waste money or time on a Dr appointment. I can just go to the store and pick this up and start getting better asap. Just spray once in each nostril and you’ll notice a difference soon after.

No prescription needed, buy otc
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Asterpro works as good or better than any prescription drug I have used in the past. With my allergies I always have an itchy runny nose. Asterpro can be used twice a day, but I only need one spray in each nostril and I am good to go for the day. I highly recommend trying this if you have allergies . Sometimes I have gotten a bitter taste in my mouth, just tilt your head downward when spraying and the problem is solved.

Allergy Relief

I like that it's steroid free. I would definitely make this a regular part of my routine during allergy season.
