My nose was entirely blocked and I needed to breathe through my mouth, which was causing a severe headache. I sprayed 2 short,quick sprays in each nostril. My nose instantly felt un-blocked and I could easily breathe through my nose. It did not burn or smell like anything. My headache quickly went away too! I could go along with my life instantly and did not need to think about it. It seemed to work about 8-10 hours for me. I would 100% recommend this product!
