Mushroom Yerba Mate
Finally a Yerba Mate with mushrooms!! I have not found a good yerba mate mushroom mix until this blend, so I was so excited when I got this. Love the effects of the mushroom and the mild boost in energy from the Yerba mate. My go to in the afternoon to give me a mild boost without keeping me up at night.

All the taste without the jitters!
I've been trying my best to cut down my caffeine intake and have tried several products, this coffee alternative is the best one that I have tried. It has the subtle taste of cinnamon with a hint of cacao - it is not chocolatey, but if you like the taste of extra dark chocolate it does have a similar note to that. The best is that there is no crash and I can enjoy this any time of the day, with the low caffeine I can have something in the evening that does not conflict with my sleep.

Delicious, Calming Coffee Alternative
I have been in the market for an adaptogenic coffee alternative for several months and stumbled upon this in Sprouts. The price is reasonable so I had to give it a shot. The taste is great, like a slightly earthy mellowed unsweetened chocolate. It has just the slightest grit, which is something I enjoy. I mix it with hot milk, and 1/2 tsp sugar and 1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder and it's perfect to start my day. I have extended energy without the terrible slump of a post-coffee energy drop. It's also going to help combat my caffeine dependency because I can't deal with afternoon caffeine headaches anymore. I'm so thrilled to have found this product and made the switch.

Seems like the amount in the package is better for 6 oz of water as opposed to the 8 oz they suggest. It's quite weak. I have been adding chicory to mine to make it stronger. It's a bit better.

The directions show to use 8oz of hot water. I did that and it tasted like hot water. I used less water next time, frothed, and tasted a slight cinnamon and chocolate...mostly just hot water.

Not for me
I found this to be different from what I thought that it would be. It becomes separated constantly, so I had to keep a spoon in my cup. It was thicker than a coffee, or a tee. It had a chalky after taste. It reminded me of contrast, but hot contrast, no cold.

Lead is concerning
I added just a little coffee creamer and it taste like hot cocoa. The fact that it contains lead is concerning. I can't bring myself to drink it in a regular basis because of the lead.

The product doesn't dissolve well & settles at the bottom of the cup. I feel more clarity & improved well being. Taste is tolerable. I hate the pouches. Can't tear open with your fingers. Needs attention & to be easier to open on the go. Makes a pretty watery cup of coffee. Been adding it to my genius coffee.
