MUD/WTR original seems to help me feel more able to get through the day without that midday drag, and I'm more energized mentally as well. I do find the price rather steep, however, but the fact that all the product comes from it's origin of growth is a major factor in it being an effective helth benefit.

love my MUD!!!! Every morning - best way to start my day after one giant glass of water. Worked into my daily habits and routines !! On tough afternoons when I am struggling I will also have one- I am an "older" nurse this helps me get through the day without a ton of caffeine to keep me up at night!

Great way to make all these super foods palatable. I had been trying to incorporate many of them into my diet, which was a lot of work. This is better. I really like the taste when sweetened a bit. But it is pretty grainy when you get to the last half. Wish it would dissolve just a bit better.

I LOVE matcha and I love chai tea, so I thought I would enjoy this mix. I am just not sure about it. Not enough chai spices for me to think “chai” but too many flavors for it to be a proper matcha. Tastes earthy and heavy on the turmeric while the other spices and flavors don’t really shine through. Does have a bit of a muddy mushroom taste. I guess thats why they call it "mud water"? But I do love the organic ingredients and lack of fillers, creamers, or sweeteners! *Will update if it grows on me. **minus 1 star because I did “order pick up” for 2 bags and they gave me a bag that expired in 08/2025 (purchased end of 09/2025). I don’t know if the product being expired affected the taste, but I am disappointed that a $20 item wasn’t checked by the associate.
