Clevr Sleeptime Superlatte - 6.8oz

I was very curious and wanted this to be my next solution for relaxing in the evening and drifting off gently to sleep. However, it is not relaxing enough for me. It has all of the right typical coffee alternative ingredients, includes calming nutrients (often organically sourced) although, not in therapeutic amounts: l-theanine, valerian, ashwaganda, reishi mushroom, hops, passion flower, etc. It is extremely tasty & I prefer it hot! I purchased 2 bags in order to give it a decent try, hoping it would last 16 days (8 servings/ bag). It only lasted 5 servings/ bag. $3.60 per serving. Not teally a great value. I will still have it occasionally, after work or to relax a little--but, return to the supplements to help me sleep. It may work for others... so, give it a try!

I'm hoping it gets better and I can come back to change this. 1st time trying this so I will give it a few more nights. It's 3 am and I'm awake when I should be sleeping. Read some of the reviews to see if anyone else shared the same vivid dreams and feels like my stomach is almost vibrating with the churning, along with nausea. Other are saying these are valid complaints. I did like the taste!

I was looking for an alternative to my herbal tea for sleep. This was a really nice surprise! I purchased it on a whim and did not expect it to be so flavorful and easy to make. It’s often sold-out so if you see it, buy it! Or I will!

Beware if you have any gastro issues. I tried this twice & had horrible gas. It’s the fake sugar substitute in the ingredients that must be the problem. It’s expensive but not drinkable so I’ll have to toss it. Taste is iffy & gave me an almost nausea feeling after a cup. I would avoid.

Can't recommend this. Drank only a little bit of it and struggled with stomach upset for the rest of the night - nausea, burping, and a stomach churning feeling. After some research, it seeps that some of the herbs (like the mushroom and chicory) can cause a lot of stomach upset for people, especially if you're not used to having them. Although the packaging is pretty, it's not very practical to use the powder (no measurement tool). I couldn't bare the taste either, even with adding some vanilla syrup for my coffee into it. It had a strong mushroom after taste that I couldn't get past. Big no from me.

I'm not sure if this really helped me sleep or not because when drank it the first time, I was already physically tired. That said, I made this drink two different ways. I made this with whole milk and with water. This drink tastes better made with some type of milk, regular, almond or oat, etc. Made with water, this drink has a bitterness that isn't the most pleasant. Since both almond and regular milk both have tryptophan, I think this drink made with either does help you to relax and get to sleep. I wouldn't recommend making this with water. I got lucky and bought this when it was on sale, I'm not fully certain I'd pay full price, but it is a nice cozy beverage to have in the evening about an hour or so before bed, especially after a long day.

I love the Sleeptime Superlatte — I’ve struggled with sleep for as long as I can remember, and it was a huge help to me. I’ve tried sleepy time teas and melatonin, but for whatever reason, this little latte helped me sleep more easily and deeply than anything else. As a plus, I find the taste to be super enjoyable! I enjoy an unsweetened cappuccino, and this had a similar flavor with a touch of earthy cacao. I really looked forward to it as part of my bedtime ritual on the nights when I drank it. The only downside for me is the price — it’s a little difficult to swallow the cost of $2+ per latte. I buy matcha / protein supplements and other comparable wellness items which are far more affordable. And, if you look at the ingredients, it’s primarily powdered oat milk. 🫠 It could quickly become a pretty pricey nightly habit, so I see this as more of an occasional treat. I’m pregnant and have stepped away from sleep aids as a result, but I am looking forward to another Clevr Superlatte after baby arrives 😊

I did feel a bit more relaxed and a bit sleepy after drinking this; however, the taste of the drink was very unpleasant, to the point where I almost couldn’t finish it. Additionally, the cost is very high - $17.99 for a bag containing only 8 servings - which would come to about $72 per month. If the taste and price were better, I’d give it a try for a month or two.

Tastes good but doesn't really help with falling asleep. If anything, it causes weird vivid dreams.

after months of struggling with insomnia and trying many sleep aids, this was the only thing that helped me sleep. i fell asleep quickly after drinking this. i did wake up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, but easily fell back asleep (which is something i usually struggle with). the taste isn’t the best to me, but not terrible either. overall, this worked amazingly well for me.

So yummy and sleeping all night! Just add a splash of Silk Oat creamer.

I have a grave yard of sleepy time products and this one really seems to work. I still wake up some during the night, but my mind isn't racing and I am able to go back to sleep. Taste is fair. I dont love it, but don't hate it. I add a little honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. I would recommend it for sure. Like I said, I have tried countless things!

As a chai lover, I was excited to give this a try. I was soooo disappointed I spent so much money on this product. I followed directions exactly, and utilized a milk frother, and the flavor was just not it. It does not taste sweet or spicy, but kind of like watered down oats.. I can’t quite place what it tastes like. So disappointed!

I was hoping it would have an impact on my sleep and I do sleep much better. It's soothing and relaxing.

I was skeptical, but decided to give it a try. I struggle with being tired early enough to go to sleep at a decent hour. So I was really hoping for something that would make me feel ready to sleep. Finally something that works! And it literally starts to work within about 5 minutes. Almost a little too fast (lol!) because then I have to get up to brush my teeth after drinking it, when all I want to do is get under the covers and doze off. And, thank God, it tastes so good! I look forward to this little treat every night! Thank you, Clevr, for making such a great product! It's hard to come by products these days that actually do what they say they're gonna do! Now I just have to pray that I don't develop any sort of resistance and it stops working for me. I've been using it for a few months now and so far so good!

This sleepytime latte is very soothing. It has a rich, complex flavor that feels like a special treat in the evening. I find it very soothing and relaxing.
