MUD WTR Organic Mushroom Coffee Alternative - 2.5oz

Unfortunately not impressed with the taste or the texture

The taste didn't appeal to me, probably because I didn’t follow their recipe. I used about a third of the can and didn't feel or see any benefit.

It took me forever to try MudWtr and the starter kit is amazing. I love the MudWtr frother, it's by FAR the best one I've ever used, and I've had several. The MudWtr tastes good to me, especially when I add a tsp or two of raw cacao to make it more chocolate-rich. I also love that the product was formulated so thoughtfully, with great ingredients. Wonderful product.

I've tried about 5 different mushroom "coffees" and while MudWtr isn't exactly coffee, it has the best taste of them all and gives the perfect amount of energy boost to my morning. It took a little bit of an adjustment but now I just leave a spoon in my mug so I can give it a quick re-stir if needed before I sip - don't fight the mud at the bottom, just adapt - it's worth it! The original flavor is my favorite.

I've had surgery on my esophagus. The end of a cup is gritty and causes me pain some times. However, it's important to try to not drink coffee all the time. Not your fault. Mine.

Original mud is a great base for health. It’s got all the stuff in it to make a great start for your day. The best part is the customization options you have in your kitchen… you get to be the chemist/chef. Add the right herbs and mix with almost anything to create your atmosphere of greatness whether you need an energy boost or a day off.

I am not a coffee drinker and wanted something that was a good alternative. I found that the original was great. I am an advid tea drinker and this product is perfect. I really wanted the mushrooms because they are a great benefit exactly what I was looking for.

Don't love the product, taste is not acquiring and not feeling the positive energy like is advertised.

I wake up and make a cup and I don't have any of the jitters that you get from coffe nor the crash . I can say my gut feels better and no brain fog and it taste good.

I like everything about mud water except the residue at the end. I keep a spoon in my cup to stir before each drink.

After years of drinking by the pot, I was at a point to where i was still nodding off on my way home from work. Realizing I needed to change something i began to research different alternatives to coffee. After trying the first cup of Mudwtr I was only drinking one cup in the morning and most importantly not nodding off on the way. I am currently on my 4 can and realy enjoy the morning routine.

I really wanted to like this product but I just could not get used to it. It would not stay mixed and a sludge was always at the bottom.

TLDR Tastes pretty good, reminds me of a turmeric chai latte. It for sure has an energizing effect. It’s got some solids so swirling before sipping is recommended! Negative: Only issue is that there are so many solids that crash out at the bottom of the cup. I find myself constantly mixing and swirling on every sip to ensure I’m getting all the little bits and save myself from drinking mud on that last sip! Positives! Actually tastes good and dials in well with regular coffee creamer. I genuinely feel the boost more so than a cup of coffee. I can drink it at anytime including before bed and it doesn’t affect my sleep. :) DOES NOT make you have to pee (like coffee does to me) so it’s the perfect companion on road trips! I was skeptical that I wouldn’t like the taste or feel an effect, but it’s now replacing decaf coffee when I want something warm. It’s replacing herbal tea when I want something flavorful. And it’s replacing energy drinks when I road trip. One last thing, I feel it soothes my tummy when I was about to reach for the Pepto Bismol. But my partner says it hurts their stomach… so your mileage may vary.

It’s my dream come true to have found a thick morning beverage with minimal caffeine and no added sugar—plus added health benefits!

I was surprised at the taste I expected more of a coffee favor but I am getting adjusted to it the ingredients that it's made with is more valuable to my body.

Mud/Water Starter kit was a real surprise. It was unusual, but excellent tasting whatever they wanna call it, but it tasted good and I enjoy having it in my mornings.

This has been exactly what I have been looking for. A smooth tasting coffee alternative that isn’t going to make my day a cycle of jitters and crashes. Love the cocoa flavor. And the handy whip just makes me feel like my own barista!

Nice starter set, love the little blender (it’s like an electric whisk, not a frother). It definitely takes a bit to find the recipe you’ll love, I like honey and milk blended in. The only issue is the grainy sludge you end up with at the bottom of the mug, no matter how much you blend it, the temp, or liquid to powder ratio.

Very refreshing and helped me stay alert will stoking a wood kiln for 8 hours.
