I saw a few people had acne issues but I went ahead and bought them anyway. I thought, how could a B12 vitamin cause pimples? Bad idea, I did notice more breakouts whenever I took these. I returned them because the increased energy wasn’t worth ruining my skin.

This vitamin did make me feel more energetic, however, it made my skin breakout like crazy! My chest and face are now covered with uncomfortable acne. I stopped taking this vitamin about two weeks ago and the acne is just starting to go away.

As an adult, Do I need to eat candy to get B12 supplement? I bought this in error. It tastes good. Could have eaten 1/2 jar in one sitting. I do not think that is a good thing.

I absolutely love the flavor of these. Although I will say I let a friend try and she wasn’t nearly the fan that I am. The consistency is more tacky than standard gummy vitamins so they stick to your teeth more. Nothing like actual candy but thought I’d point that out for someone else.

Great taste, I am on the second day of treatment and I am already more energetic and clear minded! But, there should be more non-gelatin options out there, not happy to eat a animal (pigs and cows) gelatin product.

Ruined my skin when taking it. I have flawless skin, thanks purely to genetics, and have never had to deal with breakouts, even as a teenager. But these vitamins made my entire face and neck erupt into red splotches and blemishes when I was taking them. It was so bad I thought it was an allergic rxn to a skincare product at first, but by process of elimination, realized that it was the vitamins. My skin cleared up completely after a few days, once I stopped taking them. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

My levels was low after VSG surgery and these helped. I was told to take 2 once a week but that didn’t work so I took it daily and wow my levels improved. Love this brand, it’s tasty. It doesn’t get hard like other brands do. Two a day has helped my blood levels.
