    They DO work!

    I’ve tried many melatonin brands and formats, and what drew me to this one was the affordable price point and that they don’t load up the gummies with unnecessary ingredients. I take two (the suggested dose of 10mg) and genuinely feel so drowsy once they kick in that I have to fight off sleep while I wash my face and get ready for bed. They also consistently give me vivid dreams, so that’s something to be aware of in case you don’t want to have vivid dreams that you can remember, but I personally enjoy it. I haven’t experienced any of the anxiety symptoms that some of the other reviewers commented on, but what I will say is if you take these too early in the night then you’ll likely wake up pretty early in the morning, so that’s something to keep in mind when timing your doses. For me the sweet spot it around 9:30 and I wake up around 6:30 / 7 without feeling groggy whatsoever

    Made sleep more difficult

    Like a few others, this had the opposite effect on me. I regularly take this dose of a different brand of non-gummy melatonin and decided to try these since there was a coupon and overall generally good reviews. My heart was pounding through my chest like I’d had a ton of caffeine and the next day, I was really off. I ended up falling asleep eventually but it wasn’t a sound quality sleep. It sounds like it affects people differently….back to my trusty old brand that I know.

    Winner for the sleep deprived

    More like caffiene gummies

    These had the opposite effect for me. I was up all night. It was like I took 2 caffiene gummies. The taste isn't great either.

    Not for me

    Unfortunately these did absolutely nothing for me. Didn’t make me sleepy or even help me to fall asleep. Which is what I have the biggest problem with. The flavor is ok.

    Really Works!

    The first night, I took two gummies and they worked fast and kept me sleepy through the morning. The second night, I took one gummy and it worked great! I woke up once but was able to fall back asleep. The flavor is so-so and leaves an aftertaste, but I'll overlook that if I can get my sleep.

    Doesnt work

    Makes me restless!

    I typically love the vitafusion brand for supplements, but I am so disappointed by the melatonin 10mg gummies. They help me doze off, but every time I take them I am extremely restless throughout the night and can’t stay asleep. I even tried not taking them for weeks, then tried again and I had the worst night of sleep. Definitely strange for someone like me that won’t take certain things because it makes me sleepy so easily, and to take these and have the opposite effect is not ok. I will not purchase them again. Also, they don’t taste great and has a consistent similar to those disgusting dots candy.

    works 80% of the time-i wake up around 3am bc of the insomnia so just a tip for those who can’t stay asleep. Even if it’s early in the morning just take 1-2 more if you still have a few hours left of sleep, that’s the only way this melatonin is useful throughout night
