Low volume
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has all the specs but the volume is too low, have to crank it up to hear anything well. Using tru volume makes it even worse, there are better vizio soundbars.

Some trail & error at 1st
I bought this for my sister & her fiancé for Christmas. After dinner that night she attempted to set it up without reading the instructions 1st like I told her (don’t put the screws onto the soundbar they go under your tv then you snap on the soundbar), but we finally figured it out together. Because her 75in Vizio tv is mounted up high over the fireplace & doesn’t extend her fiancé had to plug it into the back of the tv. They should inform you in the instructions that it must be in the HDMI port #1, so we did trail & error our way through that because the Firestick was already plugged there. Also, it took a few tries connecting it within her tv settings & the Vizio app that she already had on her phone. Then the instructions said something about waiting 24 hours, so not sure what that was about. However, the next time I went over for New Year’s she said that they were happy with it.

The TV Audio sounds better than with the soundbar. Adjusted all the settings for suggested “optimal” performance. It’s disappointing. Returning it. But the QuickFit option was pretty nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hooked it up and was hoping for the sound that a friend of mine has on his Vizio tv and soundbar. Well I think this one is ok, but just not crisp clear sound that I was expecting. I will be probably be boxing this one up and returning it.

App doesn't work
I have the soundbar without a remote . You need the app to have any communication with the settings. The app doesn't work at all. So unless I buy a remote I have no access to the settings. I spent an hour chatting.with a tech He was kind but provided no resolution. My first and last vizio

I am very pleased with soundbar’s performance It was an easy set up once I figured out that although my new 85” Vizio is QuickFit it did not have holes where I could attach soundbar underneath it. It just lays on table but looked good and sounds great.

not what I needed
I bought the soundbar and needed a firmware update immediately. I got support to send me the firmware which I used but nothing seemed to change. I need the bar to make voices clearer and take down the background noise. I have tried changing the settings but my visio tv speakers seem to work better than the soundbar for this.

No remote... Come on!
It doesn't come with a remote! The sound isn't as good as my other Vizio compact subwoofer. However I couldn't get the app to connect to change the bass and sound profiles and since it doesn't come with a remote I am out of luck. I'm returning it!

Does not stay connected via Bluetooth
I received the item for Christmas and have an LG Bluetooth Firetv from 2023. The soundbar will not stay connected if I need to pause the tv for 3 mins or more (such as YouTube tv or watching a movie). I tried a myriad of ways to get it to meep
