[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to carry, interactive and adorable! My daughter absolutely loved her @vtechtoys Dora Got your back Backpack 🤍 it arrived just a couple weeks after she started watching and loving Dora so timing was awesome. It has 12 interactive games and a drawing board ( with swiped to help clean which I thought was adorable) that help improve writing and drawing skills while exploring both English and Spanish words , emotions, numbers and phonics. Made with Vtech durable material that make it toddler proof and it has an automatic shut off because kids don’t always turn off their toys so this is great to extend battery life. A great option for a birthday or Christmas gift . Thank you So much for this amazing opportunity to review! @influenster #complimentary @leapfrogofficial @vtechtoys #VTPartner #LFTPartner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super educational toy for kids! It has so many fun activities inside — children can practice emotions, writing, drawing, learning letters and numbers, and even counting. The best part is that the makers designed it as a backpack, so it’s easy to take anywhere. My 4-year-old absolutely loves it and doesn’t want to put it down — she takes it everywhere. Even my 7-year-old enjoys playing with it, which makes it perfect for different ages. Sturdy, bright, and engaging — a great toy that not only entertains but also develops skills. 👌

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Dora “Got Your Back Learning Backpack” by VTech is a fun and educational toy for young kids. It combines a colorful, interactive tablet with letters, numbers, and games, plus a drawing board for practicing shapes and writing. The bilingual feature (English and Spanish) is a nice touch for early language learning, and the backpack design makes it easy to carry around. It feels sturdy overall, but the packaging could be a bit better since it looks easily dented. Still, it’s a great all-in-one learning toy for kids 3 and up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Theo just turned 3 and we are having a blast with this new VTech learning toy. He knows his numbers, letters, shapes, and colors already and this toy is a fun way to begin drawing his letters. Drawing and erasing is very easy for a toddler and Theo loves that he can wear this toy as a bookbag. We have also been having fun saying some words in Spanish. Really great toy that can grow with a child.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Dora Backpack is filled with so much fun! The 12 interactive games keep my little nice and busy and she is able to change it up when she gets bored. She is also half Mexican so this is helping her with her Spanish which I am grateful for. Also a tough little backpack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really well made product. Seems like it’s going to last a long time. I have three kids age 4-8 playing with it and fighting whose turn is it going to be next. You can draw or play a game. Then there is a screen that guides you through interactive learning tasks - mostly to help earning letters, numbers, shapes and some Spanish words Spanish too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toy is the perfect balance of fun and educational! My daughter has recently begun enjoying Dora very much, and was very excited to receive this toy which incorporates many of the characters from the show! It has a whole alphabet keyboard, a drawing tablet and adjustable volume! It talks too! It’s extremely portable, probably most used in the car as it can be carried by hand or like a regular backpack! We have been working on learning our letters so this couldn’t have come at a better time, highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The VTech Dora Got Your Back Learning Backpack is such a fun and educational toy! My child absolutely loves pretending to go on adventures with Dora, and the interactive games keep them engaged for a long time. The bilingual learning feature is a huge plus—it’s wonderful to see my little one picking up words in both English and Spanish. The backpack design makes it easy to take on the go, and the backlit screen with the Map-shaped stylus is perfect for drawing, writing, and exploring shapes, letters, and numbers. The activities are creative, colorful, and really help with early learning milestones. The “Swiper” feature adds an extra touch of fun that my child giggles at every time. It’s also very durable, and I appreciate that it comes with demo batteries. The straps make it wearable like a real backpack, which adds to the imaginative play. Overall, this toy is both entertaining and educational—definitely one of the best learning toys we’ve bought. Highly recommended for ages 3–6!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Dora toy is fantastic! I love how interactive it is and my 2 year old will very happily play with it for quite awhile before getting bored. It is very educational and easy for him to use. Battery life so far is good. I didn’t put the straps on it because I didn’t want him banging it around but it is a nice option for an older child. I am so happy they are making Dora toys more because my toddler loves her!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The VTech Dora Got Your Day Learning Backpack is a bright, kid-friendly educational accessory that blends playful design with foundational learning elements. From the outside, the vibrant Dora imagery and cheerful color palette instantly capture a child’s attention and spark curiosity about daily routines. The backpack itself feels sturdy enough for everyday use, with reinforced stitching and durable straps that help it hold up to active little ones who like to wear it everywhere. Inside, there are multiple compartments that make organization intuitive for kids learning how to pack and retrieve belongings independently. The learning content centers around basic literacy, numbers, and everyday problem-solving, presented in short, engaging prompts that keep a child’s attention without overwhelming them. The voice prompts are clear and friendly, guiding kids through activities and offering gentle encouragement along the way. I appreciate how the toy scales with a child’s growing skills, with tasks that can be adjusted to be more or less challenging depending on the child's progress. The backpack includes interactive buttons and sound effects that reward correct answers, adding a motivational boost that can encourage ongoing participation. Battery life seems reasonable for regular use, though continuous play will require periodic replacements, something parents should anticipate. The educational aspects are well-integrated into the design, avoiding a heavy-handed teach mode while still providing meaningful learning opportunities. Portability is a strong suit, as the compact size fits nicely into a young learner’s daily routine without becoming cumbersome. The material feels comfortable against a child’s back, and the straps are adjustable to accommodate growing children and ensure proper weight distribution. One potential drawback is that the on-device storage might be limited for books or larger items, so it’s best suited for small toys and school supplies. The Dora branding adds an extra layer of familiarity and excitement for fans of the character, which can help keep a child engaged for longer study sessions. The product is easy to clean, which is a practical plus for spills and enthusiastic playground adventures. The instructional content is presented in short, digestible segments that align well with typical preschool and early elementary curricula. I would recommend this backpack to parents seeking a dual-purpose item that combines a backpack with interactive learning rather than a standalone toy. The compact nature makes it a convenient travel companion for trips and car rides, providing educational engagement on the go. The learning outcomes are best measured through observation of a child’s spontaneous responses and progress over time, rather than through formal testing. The build quality suggests it can endure typical classroom wear and tear, ensuring it remains a reliable learning tool through the school year. Overall, this backpack offers a charming blend of portability, kid appeal, and introductory educational content that can support early literacy and numeracy in a fun, interactive way. If you’re shopping for an engaging, kid-centered learning accessory that makes daily routines feel like adventures, this Dora-themed backpack is worth considering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It feels solid, actually it’s a bit heavy for my 3 years old, but she didn’t mind to carry it around. It teaches you how to write uppercase and lowercase letters, has some mini games. Has a drawing pad that doesn’t require battery to operate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a parent, I'm always on the lookout for toys that are both fun and genuinely educational for my child. The 'Got Your Back' Learning Backpack has been an absolute game-changer in our daily routine! Right out of the box, my 4-year-old was captivated by the colorful, kid-friendly design of the backpack and the adorable Pico companion tablet. The promise of '12 interactive games' truly delivers. The 'Write Letters & Numbers Step-by-Step' feature is a standout; it guides my child through each stroke with such clear and engaging visuals that it feels like play, not practice. We've also spent countless hours with the 'Draw Shapes & Identify Emotions' games, which have been incredibly helpful for my child to recognize and articulate their feelings. The portability is a huge plus. We simply grab the backpack for trips to grandma's house or long car rides, and the learning fun comes with us. I also deeply appreciate the multi-language support (English, Japanese, Spanish), which provides a wonderful, natural introduction to new sounds and words. This isn't just a toy; it's a thoughtful learning partner. It’s designed to grow with your child, fostering creativity, emotional intelligence, and cognitive skills all at once. I couldn't recommend it more to parents looking for a screen-time solution they can feel good about!
