Absolutely awesome texture it is soft while still having a bit of friction. Perfect for environmental enrichment and sensory experience. A lot of babies like things that are not perfectly smooth satin. The fabric around the edge is perfect for rubbing between the fingers for soothing too.

Love this versatile blanket!
I received the Cloud Nine Waffle Blanket in Gray to review. It’s the perfect addition to my daughter’s bedding set. It has a wonderful soft, breathable fabric that fits well in a crib/toddler bed (for a toddler/preschooler). It would also work well as a stroller blanket to take with you on-the-go. I’d definitely recommend it to any new parent, since you will probably get years of use out of it!

Material not soft
The blanket was packaged nicely and I love the color, however it did not seem to be comfy or warm. The material is not that soft, a bit scratchy. Maybe after a few washes it will soften up but I was not a fan of the material

Just eh
This blanket is eh. I assumed that since it’s labeled “waffle” it would be plush but not in this case. It has numerous threads coming undone along the border and the body of the blanket feels rough. The texture looks beautiful though, so I think it’s better as a decorative piece.
