I purchased this to get more movement in while working from home. It requires basically no assembly; you just plug it in and it's ready to go. The motor is quiet enough that I can use it during meetings and people on the call don't hear it. The incline feature is useful for a more challenging workout. Overall, it's a solid machine that does what it's supposed to do
