Wall-Mounted Brass Ladder Towel Rack Antique Finish - Hearth & Hand™ with Magnolia

Item arrived and the bag was covered in rust and the fixture covered in rust and red powder, looks exactly like the other review on here. Additionally, it’s an entirely different color than the pieces in its “matching set”. Not at all worth $60

I was really looking forward to this. I love the antique brass finish, and it matches some of the other items I bought from this line. Unfortunately, when it arrived today, I opened the box to the item completely covered in rust. Sadly, what was more disappointing was the customer service I received in response. They were unapologetic and didn’t seem to want to make things right (which has not been my experience in the past). However this time, they would not send a replacement until they received the product at their warehouse. Also, the box was extremely damaged in shipping, so I did not have an awkwardly large box to send it back in. I was afraid of it going out of stock, so I hoped they would ship the new one right away and just charge me if they didn’t receive the damaged one (like most stores do)… I do like the product, but I’m very disappointed in the condition it arrived in and the poor customer service.

This towel rack is pretty solid and of good quality. It looks nice mounted on the way and can hold up to three towels. It's a good part of the Target collection. I'd recommend this rack to anyone needing one.

When we received this the paint was already flaking off everywhere. It also is not at all the color or quality the picture reflects.

The quality of the rack is good, however the color is so disappointing. I expected more of a golden brass. Instead, this is a dull grayish. Others on the market are $350 and up. Because the quality is good, I’m going to try to spray paint and see how it goes.

The warm, shiny golden finish is a complete lie. As the pictures in the reviews show, the finish is dark, greyish, has no shine, dull. Complete lie. And looks cheap. Shame on Magnolia for advertising it in such a misleading way.

It looks very nice and vintage but the spacing between the bars is awkward. It’s so hard to fit two full towels and hand towels…

item is BROWN color, not Brass or goldish like pictured

Dimensions are off in the description, It is 18” wide (across) and 24” long (up and down). Disappointed because I wouldn’t have ordered it knowing it was 18” wide but now I’ll just make it work lol

Mine was missing all of the hardware and had black scuffs on the metal.

Wrong item sent! The item I received does not even remotely resemble the item I ordered. I’m extremely disappointed!

The structure of it is nice as it has this high end look but for $50 you would expect nicer quality. This quality feels like cheap, it’s really light, feels like something you would buy from Shein or Temu. Also the color isn’t as nice as in the pictures it’s more of a rustic brass color in person. Don’t recommend

I absolutely love the design of this rack. The only issue is that the photo is misleading in color. The gold tones are definitely a deep brass color versus the lighter gold brass pictured.

The quality is fine. However, I was looking for the brass color to match my bathroom accents. This color is in fact brown or tarnished. Not at all what I was expecting. I also purchased the matching towel hooks (as pictured), this color is exactly as it should be. You'll see that the rack does not match the hook.

Perfect size to hang a couple blankets. Easy to hang. Will be buying another!

I’m using this rack for baby/toddler blankets instead of towels and it works perfectly. The material is sturdy and the finish is nice. It was easy to install and looks beautiful.

There was nothing wrong with the towel rack structurally, or the design of it but the color was very very off from the pictures on the website like other has said before me. I was super disappointed and I’ve already returned it.

Not brass at all, this is made out of iron and painted to look like brass but the paint looks like cheap gold paint. Lightweight so you know its cheap metal. Returning, very disappointed. I also ordered the towel hook from the same collection, same style, and it looks way more like brass, not painted and has a good weight to it. For $50 i would expect this one to be a bit nicer.
