Hard to get in contact with anyone. You are given a wide window time and no one calls or texts when they are on the way. They don’t just carry the bag away they take out all the trash in the bag and then carry the bag away too,I didn’t understand this. I was also double charged on my credit card and it has been days since anyone has reached out to me to resolve this issue.

This is our second time using a bagster bag, and it couldn’t be easier! We set it up in the driveway, fill it with all the stuff that has collected in our basement/shed/broken kids toys, etc. and then go online and schedule the pick up. This time I happened to be home when the driver arrived, and he was so friendly! Made the experience that much nicer. Will definitely use again!

This was the best thing I did to clean out my basement when I was moving. So easy to set up. Held so much stuff and all I did was schedule and didn’t even need to be there when they picked up. WM picked up two days after I scheduled. PUT IT IN THE EXACT SPOT IT NEEDS TO BE IN FOR PICKUP TO BEGIN WITH. It gets very heavy. Very fast. And if you drag it rips holes.

Filled up the Bagster with old deck railing lumber and scraps then scheduled pickup. The truck that does pick ups will not fit down the alley on our block. Didn’t give me an alternative and I can’t put it on the street or near it due to cars/landscaping/trees/iron fencing.

Using bagster bags for my renovation & cleanup was very convenient. Even though I had the bag outside for more than a year, it held up well. If you have a project this option for disposal is very convenient & cost effective.
