Waste Management Bagster Dumpster in a Bag Green

Appreciate the ease of purchasing and using the bag. However, WM won't narrow the pickup window to less than 5 days, and doesn't text or phone with ETA of pickup. My neighbors don't like seeing a bag of garbage on the street for a week, so it's hard to know when to drag it out in time without missing pickup. Other than that, the service is good for quick projects.

Best purchase for a room remodel. No time limit like large trash dumpsters. Holds more than you think. Excellent price for pick-up!

Driver came, jumped out of truck and took a picture and left without taking the bag. Because of the floppy sides I stacked stuff more in middle ( all light materials) out door kid toys and a gaming chair - simply could of moved to sides - or he could of even came to the door and ask for me to take them out - but instead just left - had no intention of doing his job! We will see what they tell me when they answer my call!

I recently utilized the bagster to release our household of unwanted items. It was easy to acquire a bag for setup and saved us the hassle of hauling everything to a disposal site. Scheduling a pickup was a breeze and after pickup, there was no sign of anything haven ever been there. I highly recommend this service and will definitely use this it again in the future.

Scheduling needs to be improved. If I schedule a pick-up that is nearly a week away, and then be told it could be picked up anytime up to 5 business days AFTER the date I get notification of the date it is to be picked up is something I would not tolerate again. I loaded it for pick-up on the date I requested for pick-up and gave 5 full days advance notice before the date I wanted it to be picked up (3 business days). Then received an email the day I scheduled the pick -up that it would be picked up in 2 more days - maybe. Not something I would tolerate again. I don't understand how it is so difficult to schedule pick-ups. If it can't be done on the day scheduled - immediately communicate the date it will be able to be picked up.

Appreciated the ease of purchasing the bag and scheduling the pickup. Was pleasantly surprised that the bag was picked up the day after I scheduled the pickup. A little pricey for the volume, but half the price of renting a much larger dumpster. Was just the right size for our needs.

It's big. They pick it up after you put stuff in it.

Purchased this out of convenience during a home renovation project. This bag is not rigid at all. Thick material but holds no shape. Also had an issue with pick up from a third party contractor. Wish there would have been some kind of warning or additional information provided about the local contractor that is hired to pick these up. I wouldn't do this again. Rather go the traditional dumpster route.

The Bagster held all the discarded decking boards when I had a new deck installed. It was picked up promptly after my call to schedule.

Needed for a small roofing project. I also had a few misc things I've been needing to dispose of. I do wish there was a smaller version as I didn't need that large of a bag but there was no other way I could find to dispose of shingling.

Overall a really good item and pickup system. Great idea

I'm amazed how light the bags are when you buy them and how much weight they hold. I threw out roughly 150lbs of old pavers in one and it handled them like a champ. The pickup was surprisingly fast and hassle free.

Was ok, took a week to pick up after scheduling, should be quicker.
