I drink a lot of electrolytes, so I know they are salty, but this takes it to a new level. I felt like I was drinking straight out of the ocean where a single “blue raspberry” was floating by for a whisper of flavor. Personally, I would not buy again.

I have postural Orthostatic tachycardia syndrome and to help with our symptoms we have to increase our sodium intake from 5000-10000 mg. I hate taking pills and this stuff have been a life saver! Delicious and I get what I need so I don’t have as many flare ups!!

I struggle hydration I swear it doesn’t matter how much water I drink. I run and struggle with low blood pressure so hydration is so important. I start every morning with some sort of waterboy packet in a bottle of water and then just sip my normal water through the day and I don’t have any issues with hydration throughout the rest of the day no matter my activity level. I notice my muscle recovery is way better to!
