At first I thought they were way to salty after I put a whole packet in 15oz of water .. but then i decided to do 1/2 packet in 40oz much better taste . I know the benefits so I kept drinking and now I’m almost to a full packet ..I have an autoimmune that requires hydration it’s called POTS so not I buy very 2 months. 💯 worth it

I love these hydration packets and they help me immediately recover and maintain my medical condition. I tried all of the flavors and they are not great. The strawberry lemonade flavor is the most mild and is the one I prefer. The fruit punch flavor in my opinion is the worst. It doesn’t taste like fruit punch and it tastes weirdly spicy. I understand and appreciate that there’s no sugar in these packets, however, there’s definitely room for improvement with the flavors. I cannot emphasize enough how terrible the fruit punch flavor is.

I get truly horrible hangovers- both unreasonable and inevitable. I started using Waterboy after a recommendation from a friend, and I really think they help! I've tried gatorades, water, pizza, you name it, but I think that a Waterboy before bed and in the morning has been my best cure. It got me through a 2-week vacation to Spain with no dead-until-5pm incidents. It tastes salty-but it is salt! I think it tastes hydrating.

Product works great. Taste was a no for me, made the water feel warm and salty like the ocean. I ordered Fruit Punch. I think you should rename it to Salt Punch because I did not taste any fruit, just salt. For a hangover I will use it. But for daily use I will find something that taste better.
