The Water Boy hydration packets seems to supercharge water to allow hydration to happen much faster at the cellular level than with water alone. After drinking a glass of water with the Water Boy Weekend Recovery powder added to it, I felt refreshed and hydrated must faster, and with only one glass. WIthout Water Boy powder, it seems like I had to drink multiple glasses of water and wait longer to feel the hydration effects. I personally didn't feel any net positive change in my overall energy, but I definitely felt more hydrated after. I love the taste - great job Water Boy gods and goddesses!

SO GOOD!!!! I was nervous to try this as I am not a big fan of other brands (such as Liquid IV). After trying Waterboy, I’m obsessed and bought a couple more boxes. The flavor is so good and not too in your face. It helps knowing the ingredients are clean as well. Will continue buying!

I prefer the taste of LMNT but these were on sale so i gave them a try. Not as salty as lmnt while i LOVE but I don't feel like it's as hydrating. I sauna daily and need to make sure i'm at 100%. Didn't hate. Didn't like enough for it to be my #1.
