A: We don't use that one specifically but one that came with our diaper bag and have had no issues. I will say that at times the issue we have is that they are difficult to dispense BUT I do not mind at all because we absolutely love these wipes!!!

Our wipes have been accepted by the National Eczema Association (USA) and Allergy UK, who only approve products suitable for use on sensitive skin. Whilst cotton wool and water is a suitable method for cleaning babies during nappy changes, the Skin Health Alliance has validated that WaterWipes baby wipes are a purer method of cleaning for parents looking for an alternative solution.

Q: Why does the larger 720 ct pack say there is "trace of benzalkonium chloride" in the ingredients but the smaller package does not?

A: You can find this information on every pack, trace amounts of Benzalkonium Chloride end up in our product as a result of the manufacturing process of the fruit extract. The level that exists in WaterWipes is extremely small and has no impact on safety of the product. Our wipes contain 0.1% fruit extract which in turn contains trace amounts of Benzalkonium Chloride so the overall content in the finished pack is negligible. To give you an idea, it can also be found in traces within Children’s nasal drops, Children’s plasters and some Baby bum creams. We pride ourselves on making wipes that are gentle to use on new born baby’s skin. Our wipes have been accepted by the National Eczema Association (USA) and Allergy UK, who only approve products suitable for use on sensitive skin. Whilst cotton wool and water is a suitable method for cleaning babies during nappy changes, the Skin Health Alliance has validated that WaterWipes baby wipes are a purer method of cleaning for parents looking for an alternative solution.

Love these. My baby has VERY sensitive/reactive skin and he’s never had a problem with these. Plus I feel good about using them for other quick wipe jobs (like if he has something on his face). We often pair with a dry washcloth (if big mess) or just flapping his diaper a few times so that he’s dry before we close the diaper. But we’d do that with any wipe.

They are incredibly effective at cleaning, and I truly appreciate that they are unscented—perfect for those who prefer or need a fragrance-free option. The wipes leave skin feeling fresh and clean without any residue. However, I do have one complaint about the packaging. The resealable tape over the opening loses its sealing capability rather quickly. Once it starts to lose its stickiness, it not only fails to keep the wipes fresh but also collects dirt and debris, which is both inconvenient and unhygienic. A sturdier closure system, such as a plastic snap lid, would make these wipes absolutely perfect. Overall, Water Wipes are fantastic in terms of performance and gentleness, but the packaging could definitely use an upgrade to match the quality of the product itself.

I've beren using Water Wipes for years and have never been disappointed. They never irritate my babies and I love that they don't have a scent. My only complaint is that sometimes you can pull out more wipes than intended and it can feel wasteful, but otherwise, they're a great option for those looking for clean, non-toxic wipes for their baby!

Good wipes but they don’t work well in a diaper warmer! They pull out only one at a time, so they just fall back in the dispenser every time you pull one out.

Thanks for your feedback. We mention on the back of every pack not to transfer to a dispenser, this is is because of the minimal amount of ingredients we use, so we depend on our packaging to keep the wipes fresh. By transferring the contents to a dispenser, it might affect the integrity of the wipes.

I somehow left the house without wipes in my diaper bag and had to pick them up. I had never used this brand, but they were the smallest pack I could find. I ended up loving them! They have a slight scent, but it seems to be natural and not overwhelming. They do wonders to clean up your little ones

These wipes used to be great—thick, wet, gentle on baby’s tush. They have clearly changed the product for the worse since I last bought them. They are thin, dry and you need to use several instead of one as previous. Just buy a normal wipe; this is not worth the extra money.

We can reassure you that the only thing we have changed is removing the plastic from the wipe material. The old material was made using polyester (plastic) and viscose, the new material is now 100% viscose. We have not changed or introduced anything new to the formulation, we use the same water, purified in the same way, with the same drop of fruit extract we have used since WaterWipes were first created. Personally I find these a waste of money. Over priced, small sized, thin wipe. If you have a super sensitive skin baby, this may be for you, otherwise it’s not worth the price. Target brand is better.
