A: Yes, that's what we've used in our home for 2 years without any issues. We have one in the kitchen for messy meals and one for dirty diapers in the changing area. Both filled with WaterWipes.

A: We don't use that one specifically but one that came with our diaper bag and have had no issues. I will say that at times the issue we have is that they are difficult to dispense BUT I do not mind at all because we absolutely love these wipes!!!

Perfect wipes !

We have been buying these wipes for the past 4 years a lot since our twins born . As they are growing up we still plant to continue buying them. They’re universal and have been used for after the diaper change and potty training to wiping dirty little hands ! We tried another brand at some point but didn’t like it. It’s basic simple no scent works fine.

One day you'll get the design right

Science has come so so far yet we still cannot figure out how to get only one wipe out of a plastic container. Why do I pull out so many when I just want one? Is this “big wipe” trying to get us to buy more? I dunno but it’s super annoying that I can’t just get what I need. There has to be a better way. Otherwise, good on baby bum, even if I end up using 4 wipes at a time.

We really appreciate your feedback and sorry you have experienced difficulty with the dispensing of WaterWipes, please let me try and explain why our wipes dispense as they do. Most baby wipes contain soaps and lubricants to help with the dispensing of the wipes from the pack. When we set out to develop WaterWipes, our aim was to be the only baby wipe which was as close to cotton wool and water as possible. Because WaterWipes don’t contain any chemical lubricants, the wipes were “joined together” and coming out of the pack in clumps. To solve this, we changed our wipes to non-interfolded. The start of each wipe still lies in the centre each time and should be easy to locate. Although this has improved the dispensing we understand that clumping can still happen. We know this is not “ideal” for that perfect dispensing action, but we felt that keeping WaterWipes completely safe for even new born babies’ skin which is the most important thing. We want to reassure you that we are aware of the frustrations this may cause and that we are constantly looking to improve our WaterWipes for both convenience and customer experience.
