This is the best shower curtain liner I’ve ever bought. It’s super cute, the waves are so fun. It’s pretty heavy weight so it’s not blowing in too much. So far it hasn’t gotten too disgusting either. Price is extremely fair.

Defected? Or possibly purchased a returned item
I like the curtain, what I don’t like is the service Target has been providing lately! I’ve been a Target customer for a very long time and I normally shop online because to be honest I don’t like to go in person. I usually order my stuff on the app and get it delivered. I bought this shower curtain about a month ago and I barely opened it today April 18th because I finally had the time to deep clean my bathroom. Anyways I finally opened the shower curtain and I disposed of my old one and unfolded this one and hung it. At first glance I didn’t notice these deep cuts the curtain has, but after taking a bath that’s when I started to see these cuts on the curtain and they go through because I can feel cold air go through the lines. If I would’ve noticed these cuts before throwing away my old shower curtain I would’ve exchanged the curtain but now I’m going to be stuck with this one until I order a new one!! Very disappointed…the curtain was packaged in its original packaging meaning it was packaged like that!

Bright clean and fresh

Durable shower liner
