The dehumidifier is efficient and works very well, the size is good and it’s quiet- I also think it’s a great price comparative to what else is on the market. Ran into one issue with the product at one point but was able to get in touch with customer service quickly and they helped me troubleshoot through the issue and resolved it ASAP. Would buy this product again and would buy from the company again. They also have a great warranty and an option for an extended warranty. Very pleased..

My unit quit working after a few months. The manufacturer requires you to post a 5 star review before they will honor the warranty.

I bought this dehumidifier 4 months ago, works great until i got an error code e3. I contacted customer service, and a replacement is in place. they are quick to respond which was great. we'll see how it goes from here.

Bought this dehumidifier to help maintain the humidity in our home. It has done it's job wonderfully.

This unit runs quietly in my basement. I have it set to maintain the humidity level at 50%, so it runs near-continuously. Great customer service with same-day response when needed. I recommend this company and their products!

Great product and customer service

I have had 4 Frigidaire dehumidifiers fail (three were warranty replacements) in the past 7 years, so customer support was important to me. When I bought one of these in early June, Waykar customer support was among the reasons for my choice. Sure enough, the dehumidifier failed after 2 months to the day. Frozen frozen coils, a sure sign of a refrigerant leak. Waykar support staff in the South Carolina office (shout out to Penny) were helpful, and I received a replacement last week. It's working well. I hope it continues to do so.

Used it for a year now and has done a good job at keeping the basement humidity at 40x

It worked fine for about two months and then displayed “E3” error code which apparently means a refrigerant leak so our unit was dead.

I bought this unit in 2024. It absorbs water quickly and balances the air according to your set humidity. It is great for your basement with humidity above 70%. It automatically shuts off when it's tank is full of water. I recommend her to you.

Ideal for what we needed in the basement. Keeps the moisure level at the level we want in auto mode. Would reccomend it if anyone looking for the same type of fix to this situation. Customer service from Wayker has been excellent in the past to. I had an issue with a previous version and they took care of the situation right away.

Great Customer Service I bought this unit, super quiet! It runs continuously in my basement. I had questions about how it worked. The customer service for Waykar is excellent! 150 pint dehumidifier is exceptionally quiet and efficient. Waykar also has a very responsive and helpful customer service. I recommend this product and company.

This is a great dehumidifier. The design of it is compact. Nice to look at. I like that I can move it from room to room and use the drain hose or tank (which is super easy to remove and place back in) option for the water collected. The filter is super easy to remove and wash. I like that I dont have to mess around with too many settings and can leave it to do its thing. Waykar customer service is also amazing and super super nice!

We love the quiet operation, no supervision required, just set to humidity you desire and presto. This is the 2nd Waykar product I have purchases. We could not say enough about their customer service.
