A: Hi, the dehumidifier can be used even if the wheels are removed, but it will make more noise when running. You can put something underneath to reduce the noise when using it.

Thankful to have a working dehumidifier! The collection bucket is smaller than I was expecting but I don't mind emptying it. The buttons you only need to lightly tap ( I was trying to press and hold, user error) but once I figured that out I haven't had issues thankfully. It also seems motion censored when I walk by it will flash the level of humidity. Again, thankful to have a working humidifier!!

I first set this unit up in our 1,000 sqft basement next to the slop sink and ran the drainage tube into it. The instructions made the startup and settings easy. The following morning the humidity had dropped from 65% to 39%. I decided to try it out upstairs and found the large capacity bucket easy to use with its no-spills cover. The basement is where it's really needed to protect storage - but at this price I'm tempted to get a second unit for upstairs.

Very surprised with this dehumidifier. After letting it sit upright for 24 hours, I plugged it in and it started working and pulling moisture the air as you would expect. Very quiet fan and especially love the LED humidity number displayed on the front of the unit Which I can see from a good distance. I highly recommend this unit!

We needed a dehumidifier for our Master Bedroom and came across this brand. The size is just right and is very easy to drain when the bucket is full. I also appreciate the hose for long term use in our bathroom shower when we are out of town. Can not comment on longevity as we have not had it that long but the 2 year warranty with registration gives me confidence that it will do just fine.
