The only thing I Don’t like about these is the fact that you cannot store and play XBoX series X games on the drive. Just older ones will store and You’ll be able to play them from external drive location.

This is a waste of money because on any other platform you can get a better hard drive for less and use it for more different things... But this is Xbox so... I'd rather have a spinning hard drive on a PC than have an NVMe on an Xbox never mind a different SSD. You could probably buy a PC which might be used in last generation but it's still wholy capable, with the money that you might spend on a single hard drive for an Xbox.. Get a PC... That is what I recommend

I backed up my items. Everything was fine. Drive sat without any issues. Needed my backup and drive does t register at all. Sp much for a backup. Worse, its 3 years old (tho used only to create a backup. So how is that data protection?)

This hard drive may be a little noisy when seeing the games you have in the library or when playing certain games but other than that its not bother some at all, to me at least. Fast as heck to i can get transfer speeds on my xbox series x almost to 2.0 Gbps. Charging ports are great as i use it for the headset and headphones to charge up with and is really a great product ive recently got a gaming pc and would love to really test its speeds and efficiency cause its definitely worth its price!
Don't buy this! You will lose all of your data!

It won't turn on after less than 2 months of having it. No option listed to return. Tried to contact customer support but they weren't open. Please, whatever you do, don't buy this item. It's not worth the savings in cost to lose all of your data.

Super CoooL look, sturdy case, and WOW performance! I'm averaging about 1.8 Gbps data transfer on XBOX Series X... nearly twice as fast as my standard spinny drives on the same platform. Drive can be configured for use on multiple XBOX devices and your console will prompt you to choose configuration on initial setup. Game play direct from this drive is flawlessly smooth when allowed... XBOX Series X is less accommodating than XBOX ONE in that regard so keep that in mind. I wish it had a power switch... I'm sure it sleeps but that would be nice. Great storage solution for the hundreds of games I have considering size and price... Thanks again WD... The only drives I ever use in all my builds and peripheral applications.

What I really like about this product is it works on both Xbox series X and Xbox ones. So when I get in my game I could easily also use this product on my new upgraded console. It was very easy to install this product and I love that it gives me the capability to download many more games than I would have on the regular console. I would recommend.

Plenty of storage for all my Xbox One and Xbox 360 games while still loading fairly fast. I also use it to keep Series X/S games I'm not currently playing where it can be transferred to the SSD much faster than it could be downloaded.

This hard drive is awesome. I'm able to save a ton of games on it and not have to sacrifice deleting some of my old games. The load and download is pretty quick for a hard drive and I am still able to play certain games right off the hard drive. Definitely a good buy.

He will never have to worry about losing or having to delete anything again. It was very easy to install and is every true gamers dream to have. Quality is extremely good and color matches his Xbox one system perfect. I now have one happy 16 year old gamer in the house.
