Picked up a Genisis EX325s to replace my 10 year old Weber Q. Have so far cooked a roast pork, came out perfect using the inbuilt smart temp probe and app, a couple of whole chickens again so easy to cook to perfection using the smart features. Bacon and eggs on the hot plate - bacon nice and crispy and evenly done. Did family pizza night in this too, didn’t quite get the bases perfect but believe this was a little operator error as I just put a pizza stone on top of the grill bars - next time will remove bars and put directly onto crafted wire base. Build quality seems excellent, smart display also shows gas bottle level by feeding back from the level bracket the bottle sits on. Plenty of prep space available on both sides overall if you can justify the cost believe this barbecue excellent. Looking forward to many years of cooking on this Barbecue. Not PC I know but it also looks like a proper Manly BBQ.

I brought this BBQ a year ago and I'm not that happy. It's the small things. I initially had problems with the one of the burners not igniting, starved of gas. I had to remove the burner and then pop it back in to get it going. The front doors keep falling off their hinges, which it's nothing more than a small black plastic bit to hold them in. And the hot plate doesn't fit and is too small, they supply a thin bit to make up the gap, but I reckon it's just poor design.

I own a WSM, two GA’s (one had one heat beads), And a faithful kettle. This Genesis is fantastic. I will make myself continue to use my other Webers, but I smile at and pat my Genesis every day!

Great New Grill... The oversize side table is perfect to stage food and the removable grates perfectly sized to insert a half Flattop griddle in its place. this is the third Weber I have owned and it is still Great to cook steaks burgers and chicken.

Great grill overall but Weber cheaped out on some of the parts. 1) Most of the screws are cheap plastic instead of stainless steel. It's ok for now, but living in an area with seasons, the harsh winter cold and hot summers will make them brittle over time. 2) The knobs are also cheap plastic and should be metal instead. Yes, this may make the product slightly more expensive, but I'll pay for quality. 3) The metal sides are very thin and should be a bit thicker and sturdier. Aside from that, very happy with the purchase and would buy again!

Great product. However, discoloration occurred and didn’t think it would especially after only using it 6 times. Was told pieces were not covered for discoloration. I have another Weber I had for years and no discoloration at all on pieces. Mostly upset about warranty coverage

When my old Weber finnally wore out at about 20 yrs old I tried a different grill for a few yrs. I was never satisfied with its performance and missed my Weber. So happy to be back with Weber the support is second to none. I wont have any other grill again.

Great outdoor kitchen replacement but had many parts get replaced under warranty in the first few months. The griddle accessory is great but I wish the sear burner was on the opposite side. I leave the griddle in place and never use the sear burner unfortunately. The handle was broken in shipping and the paint is chipping off the cook box. Not what I expect for an expensive grill.

The Weber E335 is a great grill I was impressed with the sear heat level especially since it has 3 burner plus one burner to work with the sear feature.
Propane tank is hard to hang on the gauge hook.

I love the grill. One thing that would improve it is leveling devices for the rollers. No deck is level and I have had to slip shins under the wheels to make it level. It's sort of frustrating if the oil in a pan or on a griddle runs to an edge.

SO far I really like what they have done to the grill. I had an older model and donated to family. This one is now natural gas and seems like is runs very well and consistent. I also like the storage locker on the side. I am looking forward to easier and better grilling experiences. Also, the extended warranty is a real plus along with the upper fold down area for buns etc.

This is a very nice grill, somewhat over priced but if it lasts as long as my first Weber it will be worth it. The only issue I have is that the side burner ignitor does not work. I did receive a new ignitor kit but after installing it the side burner still did not light. The side burner electrode does not spark. I have not had the time to call back Weber technical support, I plan on doing that this week.

This is my second Weber Genesis. First one I had for over 20 years , I probably could have held on to it a few more years. I was happy to get a brand new one with some new features like the searing zone, side burner and switched to natural gas.
