weBoost® Drive Sleek® In-Vehicle Signal Booster Kit in Black

I’ve had this device 3 weeks now. I work for a home health company that requires lots of travel to rural areas! I have yet to drop any calls in areas where I constantly dropped calls before. It makes me more efficient at my job and setup was a breeze. I use the magnetic mount on another dash mount phone holder and it seems to do well but everytime I hit a bump it changes position. Very minor detail especially since I use the hands free.

Works exactly like I needed it to, boost my phone capabilities.

I'm a storm chaser in Northcentral PA and had looked into reliable cell phone boosters for a while and decided to get the Sleek to see if this would help get more cell signal! It worked great up until a couple months ago. weBoost customer service was fantastic in replacing nearly 5 or 6 of the phone cradles due to a design defect that allowed the internal gears to cut power wires, and quickly sent out a new cradle. The defect was finally figured out and fixed and I then received one that was designed correctly and worked great! Unfortunately, now that my warranty ran out it appears as though my main unit has failed, or at least quit working. I've used the app and there is no improvement in reception in poor cell areas when using the booster. I followed the directions multiple times over the last two months (just in case I did something wrong) while using the app and still nothing. While there is power to the unit and the cradle (white light turns on when plugged in) there is no improvement in my cell reception. In my area and as a storm chaser, reception means my safety. No reception means no radar, no comms and no way of uploading my media content, which means no way of working! I have tried rerouting my booster in my vehicle, even placing my outside antenna in a different spot on my roof with no difference. I like using the cradle so I still use an old one that I cut off the wire on. I'm in the market for a different booster as I've unfortunately not heard back after two attempts at emailing weBoost. Again, I understand my warranty ran out and I don't expect a free unit but I'm surprised (maybe I shouldn't be?) this quit working as quickly as it did. I think this unit worked good for how small it is. It was able to get me service when I needed it, but in combination of the initial issues with the phone cradles and now the main unit not working and not hearing back from anyone, I can only give this product 2 stars. I'm now in the market for a new, more powerful cell booster to help keep me connected while chasing natures most violent weather!

Just installed this (very easy) and used it on a trip where were were in the mountains and at a lake and it worked wonderfully. My wife is the 'navigator' and is always looking for things to do and places to eat at out of the way places and this kept her connected very happily.

Life saver on the job site. Been working in bfe and having this has made it so I can get calls and texts out. Been using Wilson electronics for close to 15 years. Products/company are awesome

Improved cell signals across the valley, whatsapp works much better.

I’ve had this booster for over two years and it has had excellent performance everywhere I’ve traveled. I have not been disappointed at all. I would highly recommend it to anyone who gets an out of the way places like I do traveling with an RV you will need it.

Easy installation, unit work great in most locations

This didn't help our coverage at all. So essentially it just sits there. Had it for a few years and didn't seem to boost anything for us.

It would really be helpful if there were power options rather than that cigarette lighter plug. I'd prefer to hard wire or be able use a modern connector, such as a USB instead of retrofitting a Power Point.

Works great I have great reception in areas that I used to have no reception

I purchased it almost a year ago and it works great in areas where there is limited signal or no signal in some cases, my work areas are like this but with the booster I can stay connected when I’m in remote locations . The only issue I have is with the construction, it’s not durable and I have had the cradle replaced 3 times in the same year and the antenna is less than ideal in construction and I’m getting it replaced because it stopped working,but overall a very good product

Didn’t help much at all. Shipping was slow too. Customer service nit great either

I bought it a few months ago. Simple to operate. In my area, there is often a 5-10 mile gap in cell coverage here and there. With the weBoost Sleek, I consistently have cell coverage. I took it to a more remote area and found that in canyons, I could lose signal

I just bought the weBoost Drive Sleek. Absolutely no negligible difference in reception when going outside the city area(s) which is what I bought it for. I do alot of rural driving, and I was hoping this would help when I got to areas where my reception was weak. It literally did nothing. I'm very disappointed for sure.

As an Inspector in the powerline industry, I work in very remote areas and I need to be reached as well as being able to call out at any given time. This booster increases my Verizon signal from 0 bars to 3.
