The strap didn’t hold well it was flimsy for the hand to hold on the shoulder. Loved the hand! I enhanced the stitches with sharper to pop out more which was a great look

Don't buy
I purchased this item for a 9 year old but returned it because the only thing it does is the fingers move slightly. It's more for a 4 year old.

Costume prop mote than toy.
Not a toy that can walk on flat surfaces as it just falls over, it’s more like a Halloween costume prop that sits on your shoulder. The remote only makes the fingers wiggle in a circular motion. My child thought that it would be an RC walking hand and it’s a big disappointment. The hand is also quite noisy, it sounds like an electric pencil sharpener, when it’s running. It’s not what I would want close to my ear. Only nice thing is the visual look of the hand, I like the paint job. Long story short is that it’s not a kids toy, it’s a costume prop, but it’s sold in the toy section.
