Crispin's world gets turned upside down when he is bitten by an unusually large wolf. Not long after the bite, he is taken to a Wolf House called Bristol Manor where he meets other kids who are also werewolves. He quickly befriends several of them and when one of his new friends is abducted by a group of people who are trying to expose the existence of supernatural creatures, he and the others set off on a quest to find him before it is too late.
Along the way, Crispin and his friends must battle numerous groups of bloodthirsty werewolf hunters, an old high school bully, a pack of evil werewolves, and uncover shocking secrets about his family he couldn't have imagined before they can find their missing friend and return home.
