About the Author
Shelley Brunskill-Matson has an honors degree in psychology and is an experienced life coach, writer, and speaker. Since leaving the corporate world to establish her own coaching practice almost 20 years ago, she has helped hundreds of clients get unstuck through one-on-one coaching and group coaching workshops. Shelley has also done a great deal of work in the area of supporting those who have lost loved ones to suicide. She is a facilitator of the WAVES program, a psycho-educational program for adults bereaved by suicide, and is completing a PhD focusing on the care and support of young people who have lost someone close to them to suicide. In addition to her private training practice, she holds training roles with Victim Support and Skylight trust (a specialist grief support organization).
