Arrived with some minor damage - box seemed fine so I’m thinking this happened in packing, regardless, not worth returning. Instructions were fairly good for assembly, but when I got to the page that talks about how to hang it, there were no instructions, just a cryptic diagram. It comes with two 1/4” by six inch bolts which the whole shelf hangs on. I don’t imagine most people have an 8” drill bit handy (I didn’t). Also, the bolt had no cap with which to use a driver. Instead, there was a small hole, so I had to find a skinny screwdriver to slot through it in order to have enough grip to twist it into the stud. Oh, you’ll need to mount this in two studs that are exactly 20” apart - this will not mount to straight drywall. And there’s no way to secure the shelf to the bolts - nothing but gravity and friction. The assembly was very heavy, making it nearly impossible to heft it up onto the wall and into the two bolts. Hopefully you measure three times because there’s very little wiggle room. I cannot recommend against this product enough - AVOID IT!
