I was surprised that this new Regenerative Sugar product from Wholesome Foods was so soft and refined. With most organic sugar products that include coconut sugar ; turbinado etc., the sugar is raw and natural. This one is very sweet and dissolves fast. An excellent buy. But I must say I have gotten used to the crude texture of organic.

Bought this to bake some holiday cookies with the family. Same high quality sugar I expect from Wholesome brand - I always buy this brand as I love their support for farmers and the taste and quality it results in when used in my baking. I love that it supports regenerative organic farming too.
