A: Yes, it should stay chilled. You can also freeze it for a few months. I just move it over to the fridge to thaw. Just don't let it get room temp.

This guacamole is nasty . it made me gag & it's questionable it's like what am i eating ? because it's like strings of white stuff in it that look like little worms i understand it could be onion but that's not very appealing. and it's like really pasty .

Great flavor, but wholly shrinkflation!
Love love love the flavor. If you don't like spice this guac is for you. It's pretty close to Chipotle's guac. There are some chunks as others have said, but it didn't bother me. What bothered me was the teeny tiny cups. They are deceptive as they are raised in the center so they only hold half as much as they look like they hold. I do like it individually packaged though so that a whole tub doesn't go brown on you.

Has something has changed with processing recently?
After years of consuming Wholly Guacamole , I've notices lately there are small chunks of avocado skin mixed in the last couple of batches, which has me becoming turned off the product. Not sure the avocados are now machine peeled rather than hand peeled now or what. But I hesitate buying it now that I've encountered bits of skin mixed in with the last 2 batches I bought. Prior to these 2 batches, I would hands down recommend - not so much, now.

It's not terrible but it is very bland. It would be find on a sandwich or something but not just with a chips or pretzels. So, I don't exactly recommend because of lack of flavor.
