Great for bread that you want a crispy side and bottom. They get hot! I always use them on top of a cookie sheet, because there are no handles. Makes taking it out of the oven easier.

It's a decent budget baking pan for making bread/loaves, but the edges curl under and trap water so it rusts easily. Additionally, if you put this in a dishwasher, that part also doesn't dry out even on high heat. Highly suggest either hand washing this every time or just get a better pan.
