Product was chipped and painted area was damaged. Bowl did not fit properly on stand nor was there any way to secure the two pieces. Shipping boxes were cut and no packing material was around the glass.

This bird bath is everything I hoped/expected it would be as a surprise for my husband for his birthday/Father's Day…however it arrived with missing a suction cup to hold it"the bowl in place…I called immediately and was told to reach out to their claims department who responded promptly that they didn't have the suction cup and hoped I could BUY it elsewhere!! While I was able to do so and love the bird bath I am disappointed I had to source the part that was missing when it was delivered!!!
Disappointed. I would not buy again.

I had it for less than a month before the bowl fell off the base. It was impossible to keep the bowl secure to the base with the suction cups provided, so eventually it fell off the base and broke. It is a pretty birdbath, but not designed very well.
This is a very unique addition to the garden or patio.

I use this birdbath on my lanai, where I garden, due to voracious wildlife. At first I thought that it might look odd having a birdbath where the birds cannot use it but the compliments keep coming. This glass birdbath is lovely day and night.

I saw mention in other reviews of suction cups? We received none. Could also use instructions that are actually readable and intact--not torn. Might be able to give higher review and recommend to others if could actually assemble and use. Very disappointing for the $$ spent.

When birdbath arrived I notices that 3 of the suction cups that hold the top to the base were missing. Luckily I had 2 that looked the same, but the 3rd I needed to purchase. The one suction cup that was still attached was so badly damaged that I had to use 4 different clothes pins to try to straighten it out. That tool 4 days. This is not a cheap item! I also needed to use a black sharpie to fill in a number of areas around the rim that were missing paint.
The solar lights failed again after about 2 weeks.

The company support is terrific. They replaced the first birdbath about 2 weeks ago due to the solar lights not working after about 2 weeks. The second birdbath has the same problem. It worked perfectly when I set it up. I left town for 5 days and when I got home the solar light was very dim for 2 nights. Then it stopped working altogether.
Solar portion is poor quality and stopped worked after 2 wks
