She is a minister, therapist, and licensed social worker who lives in the metropolitan Washington, DC, area with her two active sons, Bryson and Braxton. She currently serves in several capacities at Christ Way Cathedral under the leadership of Bishop Ronald and Pastor LaShawn Demery.
