The first night I used it, it was great, didn't wake up in the middle of the night, but every other time I used, took me awhile to fall asleep, but still good product.

It did not help me sleep through the night. I still wake multiple times. However, I don't feel as tired or stressed from lack of consistent sleep, but the bags under my eyes show the real story. I wanted to like!

Honestly this product has been a GAME CHANGER for me in my menopause " journey". I have been on this awful cycle of being exhausted, falling asleep on the couch, waking up and dragging myself to bed only to be wide awake and unable to fall asleep/ stay asleep. Hot flash panic attacks waking me at 3 am every night. Since I started taking Let Me Sleep- I have slept through the night. Literally I thought to myself , "well, this is my life now". After a few nights of LEt ME SLEEP, I am SLEEPING without those awful middle of the night panic attack sweat fests. It's LITERALLY the best product I've ever used.

I never have trouble falling asleep but I wake up in the middle of the night for hours. I've taken this supplement for the past few nights and I noticed a significant change in my sleep. I'm able to actually stay asleep! What a miracle. I will definitely buy this again.

For the first time in 30 years I have not gotten jet lag. I used this product every night for the last week and I've been feeling great. Normally the jet lag between Europe and California is pretty bad. I have been sleeping a steady 7 hours every night!

I really wanted it to work. Especially, because it was more expensive than any other sleeping pills I have bought. I tried it 3 nights in a row and it did nothing for me. It's frustrating! I just want to sleep and get up for work feeling rested.

I could only tolerate for 3 nights. When I woke in the middle of the night, I felt very strange. I can't describe it really. Just wasn't comfortable with the feeling. Thought it would go away, but didn't. I usually do pretty well with melatonin, so I thought this would be great. Not for me….

I have tried melatonin on its own and other pm medications and none of them worked, they even made it worse. After one week of Let Me Sleep I started to sleep better and now after two weeks I am sleeping through the night. I recommend taking it at least 30 minutes before you go to bed.

If anything, this product makes me MORE anxious and restless. I have tried it for several nights and have experienced dizziness, nausea and headache and NO relief from my insomnia. Not happy that I would have to pay almost half the product cost to return it.

I haven't been using this long but I can tell it's helping some. I think it will continue to improve as I try to get out of my bad habit of staying up too late and I believe it will continue to help me stay asleep.
